default focus on multilogin screen broken |
||||||||||||||||||||||
Issue description(see also issue 757959 ) Chrome Version: 61.0.3163.51 (dev channel) OS Version: 9765.31.0 link (Pixel 1) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. login with one account 2. wait for system to "settle" 3. start login for second account (i.e. multiprofile) 4. observe desired profile selected by default, and the Password box expanded, but the focus isn't in the password input box (it's nowhere?) 5. sometimes if i start typing fast enough, it seems like the focus starts in the password box, but then gets shifted elsewhere ? What is the expected result? password box should have been selected so i could type my password and hit enter w/out having to resort to the mouse What happens instead of that? i have to use my mouse Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3188.2 Safari/537.36 this isn't the first time this regression has come up. can we get a test or something added to prevent this from happening again ?

Is this still reproducible? There have been a number of fixes in this area since Aug 22.

i won't be able to test for a week, so if you think things are fixed, feel free to dupe/close. i'll re-open if i see it again on dev channel.
