Open a chrome browser window 
Alt + [ to left snap it or Alt + ] to right snap it
Maximize the browser window
Minimize the browser window

Current Behavior:
After Minimizing - window is not retaining ½ screen state. 

Proposed Behavior:
Window to remember half screen state. Similarly to how the window returns to the original sie and position when it’s manually resized, then minimized and maximized back.
