Chrome Version: (copy from chrome://version)
OS: (e.g. Win7, OSX 10.9.5, etc...)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/609542 (which doesn't redirect)
(2) Copy URL
(3) Run `git cl patch "https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/609542"`

What is the expected result?
The URL works.

What happens instead?
"git cl: error: invalid codereview url or CL id"

Looking through my history, it seems I need to use the format "https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/609542".
I got used to copying the full URL from my browser during the Rietveld->Gerrit switch, and it would be nice if this continued to work.
