Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome
2. Log in if needed
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Name badge sits next to page controls with a space large enough not to mistakenly hit the name badge control

What went wrong?
Previous developer comments mention this is fixed with version 53.  I'm on version 60 and it's worse.

Did this work before? Yes Not sure but this seems to be a recent problem that I cannot fix with settings.

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.101  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: 

What is the ECD or workaround as this severely impacts me using and promoting chrome.  My company also uses IE so I guess I'll go back to that for now.
