Pre-conditions:
1. Consider two devices one iphone and other iPad
2. Google account which doesn’t have any reading list items.
3. Fresh install chrome app and sign in to chrome with the same account in both devices

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open NTP page in both the devices
2. In ipad navigate to settings>>Privacy
3. Switch off “Search and site suggestions”
4. Close the settings

Observed results:
In NTP page opened in step 1, the “learn more about suggest content” text is still displayed in both devices.

Note 1: After step 4 open new NTP the text will be removed.
Note 2: Perform step 2 to 4 in iPhone will remove the text in the NTP page.

Expected results:
If no section is displayed, the “Learn more” link is not displayed.
