Enterprise Level: Enduser did not link data. Logged in again and linked data and lost all bbokmarks

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.101 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. login to a newcomputer with chrome 2. When asked to link data say no. 3. When asked again say yes and it wipes out bookmarks What is the expected behavior? Need to be able to restore bookmarks to end user from an earlier date with admin console. What went wrong? End user lost all bookmarks Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3112.101 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: 26.0.0.151 This could be a huge problem in a school system. need the option to restore bookmarks ASAP.
