The Mac touch bar flashes when surfing the internet

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.101 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome Browser
2. Navigate to any web

What is the expected behavior?
It should not flash.

What went wrong?
The item that gives you the direct access to the search engine flashes.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.101  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.12.5
Flash Version:
