Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome.
  2.  Open URL : yahoo.com
  3.  Tap on any of the news items --> Wait for the page to load completely
  4.  Scroll up 
  5.  Tap on back button
  6.  Tap on forward button.

Observed results:
At step 4: Notice that webpage does not go fullscreen.
At step 6:  The webpage goes fullscreen.

Expected results:
At step 4:  Webpage should go fullscreen.
