Better document what things are expected to always be non-null

Issue description

For example:
- WebContents always has a main RenderFrameHost
- RenderFrameHost always has a RenderProcessHost
- RenderProcessHost always has a BrowserContext

etc

I see lots of (probably) not needed null checks, so having this clarified in the official comments would probably be useful.
