Issue descriptionChrome Version:62.0.3193.0 OS:Ubuntu 14.04, Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://bookmarks (2)Zoom to >150% and try to drag the separator line between the menu and list Expected: Separator line should be draggable Actual: Instead, it's not draggable This is a regression issue seen from M-59 Manual Bisect Info: =================== Good Build:59.0.3043.0 Bad Build: 59.0.3044.0 NOTE: Considering the one with no separator line as Good build
