What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open the Media Router Dialog
(2) Type a manual Hangout name "mfoltztest1"
(3) Note there is only one search result (for the manually entered Hangout)
(3) Press Enter

What is the expected result?
An attempt is made to cast the tab to the mfoltztest1 hangout

What happens instead?
Nothing.  The user has to press Tab to focus the search result, then press Enter

It seems reasonable to have Enter be a shortcut to cast to a single sink if that's the only entry in the search results.
