Data from device above reflects the version of chrome on my phone after uninstalling chrome.

UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 7.0; SM-G950U Build/NRD90M) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Mobile Safari/537.36

Added above from my phone and wanted to provide more details.

I'm having issues with passing any constraints at all in chrome v 59.0.3071.125, chrome beta v61.0.3163.51 and Canary 62.0.3192.0 on my Galaxy S8. If any constraints are passed the browser crashes.

Works well on every other device and chrome version I have tried S7, S6, Note4

I can post my actual code if needed but the jsfiddle - https://jsfiddle.net/jib1/9t3szw0L/ posted by @jan-ivar crashes it as well.

Is this an open issue? or is there a work around? I have a project that goes live next week that I am relying on this to work. Please advise.

Components: Blink>GetUserMedia
Unable to reproduce this on Nexus 5X, Chrome dev (62.0.3185.0).

Perhaps an issue with Galaxy S8?
I think it is an issue with Chrome on Galaxy S8. Is that something you all can look into.

There are al ot of users on S8's...

Tested https://jsfiddle.net/jib1/9t3szw0L/ on two Samsung Galaxy S8 units, both of them with Chrome 59.0.3071.125, Beta 61.0.3163.51, Dev 62.0.3185.0 and Canary 62.0.3192.0. It worked fine in all cases. Android version was 7.0.

Closing, since this is working as intended. The failures in the report could be specific to a single faulty device.
jody@: please reopen if you find a reliable way to reproduce.
