Add autotest for HTML copy/paste between ARC Host and ARC Instance

Add autotest that for HTML copy/paste between ARC Host and ARC Instance. It should cover:

- copy in ARC Host, paste in ARC Instance
- copy in ARC Instance, paste in ARC Host
- copy in ARC Host, ARC Instance should get notified that the Host clipboard got updated
- copy >400Kb in ARC Host. ARC Instance should not crash
