Steps to reproduce:
(1) Add bookmarks widget to Pixel Launcher.
(2) Add or remove a bookmark within Chrome.
(3) Wait a few mins.

Expected result: The widget should reflect the changed bookmarks.


Actual result: The widget doesn't show the added bookmark or remove the old bookmark if one was deleted. Removing the widget and re-adding it to the launcher will show correct bookmarks.
