translation error in French for chrome up to date

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.49 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open chrome://settings/help  in French when chrome is up to date.

What is the expected behavior?
Must see 'Google Chrome est à jour'  ou 'Google Chrome est déjà à jour'

What went wrong?
I see 'Google Chrome est désormais à jour'  to say it's now up to date, but before not.

Did this work before? Yes

Tested the issue on chrome Stable #60.0.3112.101, Beta#61.0.3163.49 & Canary 62.0.3192.0 in Windows 7 and was able to reproduce the issue.

Unable provide the bisect for this issue.Making the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.

Some one from UI>Localization team please look in to this issue.

Note : Able to reproduce the issue in MAC 10.12 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04.
