Issue description
Chrome Version : <Copy from: 'about:version'>

Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)i cant see toolbar and menu bar on right click it should be available in simple right click.

What is the expected result?
it should be available on simple right click enable or disable toolbar or menubar
What happens instead?

I think they are requesting ability to show/hide the bookmark bar in the right click on the tab.
