Rename EmbeddedWorkerInstance/EmbeddedWorkerInstanceClient to ServiceWorkerExecutionManagerHost/ServiceWorkerExecutionManager

EmbeddedWorkerInstance is no longer shared between SharedWorker and SerivceWorker, so let's change the name which can express what they are.

I'd like to see the overview of serviceworker and core/workers components before renaming them ad-hoc.

#1 Probably a good idea.

FWIW I envision first changing the Mojo interfaces to use these new names, the EmbeddedWorker* C++ classes could stay as they are for now.
