Sharing PCs leads to information disclosure

Reported by ehmerf...@gmail.com, Aug 20 2017

Issue description

if you log into a public computer and go to bookmark settings it will show you the bookmarks of other people their so if they put a bank account shortcut you can assess it

Components: UI>Browser>Bookmarks
Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Summary: Sharing PCs leads to information disclosure (was: seeing what people bookmark)
That's correct, if users bookmark pages on PCs that aren't their own, this reveals the target of the bookmark to any future viewer.

In most cases, that doesn't represent a security concern, but even when it is, this isn't a bug in the browser.
