Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.101 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. click on icon 2. open apps shortcut 3. not opening What is the expected behavior? open all google apps shortcut What went wrong? when i go to the apps shortcut at the right hand-side of the browser it doesn't open when i do the rightclick it gives me a link when i do the open in a new tap it takes me here https://www.google.com/intl/en/about/products/ but even in that page the icon would not apear Did this work before? Hi.. thank you for replying back... while i did all what you recommended I still were not able to get it fix. We are still not able to reproduce the issue on reported version #60.0.3112.101 and latest stable #60.0.3112.113 in windows 10 &7 , mac os 10.12.6 and ubuntu 14.04 . Removing Needs-Bisect label for now, as TE is unable to reproduce the issue. @Requesting MTV team , to help with this issue. Thanks!

Thank you guys for your help... Digging in into the source page found out that i had a srvhost. Trap in my google registry. That was blocking n executing with backdoor. I was analizing if any of my private data was compromised. I guess not. It was just redirecting only. I think it was downloaded. Through a software that was used temporarily. Making a big mess... I will attach later info of registry that were affected n files, folders that it was located. It might be helpful for you guys.

carlos.serpa1@ Retried the issue again on Windows 7 and Mac OS on latest Stable 61.0.3163.100 and Canary 64.0.3241.0 and unable to reproduce the issue. Request you to please retry the issue and update this thread with the observations. Thanks..
