Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.49 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Any site scrolling is too slow. 2. For testing this url in Chrome vs Edge http://ionden.com/a/publish/test_fps/ What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Scrolling and common perfomance far too faster in Edge/IE. For example http://ionden.com/a/publish/test_fps/ gives in Chrome ~27FPS vs ~130FPS in Edge/IE. chrome://gpu result with default settings in attachment. I've tried many forced switches with no result. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 61.0.3163.49 Channel: beta OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Tested the issue using #61.0.3163.49 on Win 10 and was unable to reproduce the issue as per the steps mentioned in comment #0. No lag is observed on scrolling the pages. @alexey: Could you please try creating a new profile from chrome://settings with no apps and extensions and check if you still face the issue? If so please attach a screencast for further triage of the issue. Thanks!!
