Allow the action made by an extension when the icon is clicked to be mapped to a shortcut by default.

Reported by manuelch...@gmail.com, Aug 19 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.101 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
There are many extensions that work by clicking the icon but there's no way to map a shortcut to it if the developer, for some reason, maybe he forgot, maybe he doesn't know how, doesn't manually add support. Right now there's only default support to Activate/Deactivate the extension on each extension. It would be very good if there was also a default action to trigger the action on icon click. This would make a lot of current and future extensions more usable in the future.
