UI Glitch on browser pop-up dialogs

Revision	0
Platform	9855.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel caroline

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Auto update device to 9855.0.0
2. Log-in to user account
3. Open browser and see extension permissions pop-up dialog

What happens?
Glitch seen on 'Accept permissions' text.

Summary: UI Glitch on browser pop-up dialogs (was: Glitch on 'Accept permissions' text on extension pop-up)
Also seen with other browser dialogs. Attached screenshot. Changing title accordingly.
