rpop@ Thanks for the issue. Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Mac OS 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 14.04 using Stable 60.0.3112.101 and canary 62.0.3193.0 with the below steps 1. Launched Chrome and signed into google account 2. Opened G+ profile and could observe that the profile pic is correctly placed and no issues are observed. Please provide us the screen cast for the better understanding of the issue. Request you once retry the issue on clean profile without any extensions/flags and update the thread. Thanks
