1] Label Name: Hotlist-Metrics-Eraser

Guideline 1: Unless a hierarchy of labels is needed, please avoid creating

Guideline 3: Hotlist labels should be used for tracking on-going efforts

Label for bugs filed by Eraser tools for the removal of expired/unused metrics.

Ex. crbug/755439 for histogram eraser

These bugs are auto-filed by a batch job which tracks whether histograms are being examined, and will probably be updated to track expiring metrics when we add metrics expiration.
