Cocoa error on saving SVG image

Issue description

App Version:  61.0.3163.52 beta
iOS Version:   9.3.5, 10.3.1, 11 beta 6, 10.3.3
Device:  iPhone 5 , iPhone 6, iPad
URL:  http://www.gap.com/browse/category.do?cid=63895&departmentRedirect=true&sop=true&mlink=,9401711,OOSP_Nav_G&clink=9401711#department=48
 

 Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch the app
  2. Navigate to the URL
  3. Tap on SVG image on the top of the page
  4. Tap on save the image
    
Observed results:
Notice that the User gets an error while saving svg image 

Expected results:
User should not get any error

Number of times you were able to reproduce:5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox:  no, Safari:  no
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes, M60
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes, M61
Bug reproducible on Chrome desktop?  No

Related to image fetcher code. gambard@ is owner of directory, so reassigning.

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
svg is not supported by iOS, so we cannot save images in that format.
Safari does not save the image neither, but does not show an error message.
