Summary: [MacViewsBrowser] When an accessory window is open (dialog or IME), the Chrome window deactivates (was: [MacViewsBrowser] When an accessory window is open (dialog or IME), the top of the window turns white.)
The cause for this issue and http://crbug.com/826277 are the same. Decoupling key and active states fixes the issue.
