username and password are not autofilled for t-mobile.com

App Version: 61.0.3163.40
iOS Version: 10.3.3
Device: iPad Pro
URL: t-mobile.com

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Sign into chrome with a profile that has a u/p saved to autofill on t-mobile.com
  2. Navigate to t-mobile.com
  3. Tap on My

Observed results:
Username or password aren't autofilled  or suggested for autofill when tapped.

Note: Autofill works on Desktop and Android.

Expected results:
Username and password should be autofilled or suggested.

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install:Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies:Yes
Observed behavior in Chrome Mobile on Android: No
Check for similar behavior on Firefox/Safari: n/a
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes on M60
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel (dogfoody) build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes on M61
