Non Regression: Unwanted box is seen on top of snapdeal page when zoomed to the max level

Chrome Version: 62.0.3189.0 
OS:Ubuntu 14.04 Win

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome >> Navigate to https://www.snapdeal.com/
(2)Zoom the page to to the maximum level and observe on top of the page

Expected 
Unwanted box should not be seen

Actual
Unwanted box is seen on top of the page

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-46

Issue is seen on Mac OS 10.12.6 canary version: 62.0.3188.0 as well. Unwanted box shows up at zoom level>300%. Unable to zoom FF>300% and works fine on Edge at zoom level> 300%
