Regression: On gmail login page, suggestion box should be aligned with password text box when zoomed

Chrome Version: 62.0.3189.0 
OS:Ubuntu 14.04 win

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome>> Sign in Gmail account>> save password>> signout
(2)Choose another account>>Click on next button when previously enter email ID is populated>>Click on forgot password button
(3)Zoom the page to 500% and click on password field and observe the suggestion box populated

Expected 
Suggestion box should be aligned with password text field box

Actual
Suggestion box is not aligned with password text field box

This is a Regression issue broken in M-51

I can't reproduce it in 67.0.3396.99. It might have been fixed in some changes that happened from M-51.
