Issue descriptionChrome Version (from the about:version page): Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit) Is this the most recent version: OS + version: 16. 04 Ubuntu CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64 Window manager: URLs (if relevant): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/ Behavior in Linux Firefox: Inserting image in google sheets work incorrect Behavior in Windows Chrome (if you have access to it): Inserting image in google sheets work incorrect too What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Go on google sheets (2) Create a new spreadsheet (3) Press insert (4) Press image What is the expected result? Procedure download image finished corect What happens instead? Entry field blink and periodically becomes inaccessible, when you drag image on field Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot and backtrace if possible. For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu page at the end of this report.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest stable #61.0.3163.100 by following steps mentioned in the original comment, observed able to insert the image in google sheet as expected. Reporter@ Are you able to reproduce this issue on incognito mode as well? Please recheck this issue by upgrading your chrome to latest stable #61.0.3163.100 and update this bug with latest behavior.
