Reading List suggestions are not updated when the user add a new page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open NTP with no unread pages
(2) Long press a suggestion
(3) Tap Read Later
(4) Long press another suggestion
(5) Tap Read Later

What is the expected result?
The two suggestions should be present in the "Reading List" section

What happens instead?
Only the first suggestion is shown in the section.

Update Reading List section when adding suggestion

When the user long press a suggestion and add it to the Reading List,
the Reading List section of the ContentSuggestions must be reloaded.
