If the user logs in with 3 accounts and logout of earlier accounts, user notices that “Person1” is listed twice.

Chrome Version: 62.0.3189.0, 60.0.3112.101, 58.0.3021.0
OS: Windows7, Mac 10.12.6, Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Signin to Chrome with User1 and Signout of Chrome.
(2) Signin to Chrome with User2 and Signout of Chrome.
(3) Signin to Chrome with User3.
(4) Click on the user name displayed on the right top corner.


What is the expected result?
Number should be incremented and Person2 should be displayed.

What happens instead?
Person1 is listed twice.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Note: 
1. If User3 also logout and User4 is logged in, User3's "Email ID" is seen in the list. (tripdrip2017@gmail.com - can be seen in the screenshot).

2. Untriaging this issue as issue is observed since 58.0.3021.0
