Regression: Font color changes on hovering on profile menu

Chrome Version: 62.0.3189.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Click on profile menu and hover on any of the links there

Expected: Font color should not change to white.
Actual: Instead it changes to white and is not readable.

this is a regression issue broekn in M62.

Good Build: 62.0.3188.0
Bad Build: 62.0.3189.0

Able to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest Dev #62.0.3189.0. Will provide bisect information soon.

Checked the issue with steps mentioned in comment #0 on latest build i.e 62.0.3192.0 dev and is no longer reproducible..
