Infobar button text is rendered incorrectly

Project Member Reported by mgiuca@chromium.org, Aug 18 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: r495412
OS: Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start Chromium.
(2) Look at the banner "Chromium isn't your default browser".

What is the expected result?
The "Set as default" button isn't hideous.

What happens instead?
The "Set as default" button is hideous.

From experience, this is caused by rendering text onto a transparent background with subpixel aliasing turned on. You need to either a) turn off subpixel anti-aliasing, or b) render it onto an opaque background colour. (b) is preferred (we have subpixel anti-aliasing for a reason).

This is a recent regression --- I think this was working yesterday.
