Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and load above mentioned URL
2. Under profile autofill tap on Fill Form(Simpsons)
3. Click on submit
4. Tap on browser back button
5. Go to settings>>Autofill forms>>Delete the step 2 saved record
6. Tap on reset button under profile autofill and tap again on button Fill Form(Simpsons)
7. Go back to web page and tap on submit button

Observed results:
The records are not saved.

Note 1: After step 5 if the same record is inserted from new tab then the record is saving.
Note 2: After step 5 if tried to insert different record like “Superman”, the record is saving.

Expected results:
The records should be saved
