Steps to reproduce:
1. Fresh install and launch chrome
2. Load maps.google.co.in
3. Tap on don’t allow button in current location popup
4. Close the tab
5. Go to settings>>Privacy>>Clear browsing data(Select all and clear browsing data)
6. Repeat step 2 to 5 again
7. Repeat step 2

Observed results:
Observe that current location popup is not displayed anymore even after clearing browsing data.

Expected results:
On Clearing browsing data the current location popup should be displayed when the maps.google.co.in
