c++14 templates commented out

On the 2017.08.01.163007 chromium-sdk, it looks like some templates are commented out in
./usr/armv7a-cros-linux-gnueabi/usr/include/c++/v1/utility
(namely index_sequence).

Is there any reason for this?

We do not modify the headers.  These lines are also commented out in upstream.

Ah yes, I see it's define later in the file.
