diirectory not set,no managements , have 2 gmail accounts want to rid of pappycathy80g@mail.com when bought this new chromebook

I quess i am too old , too ill, and need plain step by step directions for bug downloads do i download all 30 plus or just 1

pappysgal@ -As per the summary,could you please provide us the chrome version,OS details on which the bug was addressed and steps to reproduce the problem with actual and expected screenshot.
