[Feedback Canary] When restoring the window of minimized Chrome, it becomes black

Each time I minimize the screen and come back, the window is all black.

This is also painted black when minimized. It does not return from the black painted state

When minimize and restore Chrome Canary program it's always BLACK SCREEN, and sometime when resize windows Chrome will error like picture.
