Network throttling not working with WebSockets

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.101 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open DevTools 2. Open a WebSocket connection 3. Select throttling 4. All requests are slow except the WebSocket What is the expected behavior? WebSocket must be slow or offline when throttling selected What went wrong? The WebSocket keeps alive when offline mode is selected Did this work before? No Chrome version: 60.0.3112.101 Channel: stable OS Version: 4.12.6-1-ARCH Flash Version: 26.0.0.15

Unable to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04,Windows 7 using chrome reported version#60.0.3112.101,stable#60.0.3112.101 & Canary#62.0.3188.0 as per the steps mentioned in comment#0. Please find the attached screen cast for reference & let us know if we miss any steps to reproduce the issue. If possible , please provide us the exact issue screen cast for better understanding of the issue. Thanks in advance...!

Thanks for the report. Throttling/offline for websockets is not yet implemented, but there is another crbug tracking its progress. |
