Fallback to MediaPlayer based off of detected codecs rather than media URL

 Issue 663503  tracked falling back to the Android MediaPlayer for HLS based off of container type (rather than the URL). This issue tracks a similar conversion to fallback based off of the detection of h264, rather than the presence of ".mp4" in the media url
