I don't see a 'good' version, I can repro this with an iPhone 6s with 61.0.3162.0 and M60 stable.

I can reproduced on M60 stable as well.
Also NOT ios11 specific issue. I can reproduce the issue on iOS10.3.3 iPhone6+.
Please let me know if you need any other info.

srikanthg@ So there's no 'good' version?
I tried M59 and 58 as well and can reproduce on both the versions.
So no recent known 'good' version.

Tested on 61.0.3163.73 beta. It is consistently repro'ed with the below steps:
1.Play a video in youtube.com
2.Refresh the webpage.
Video does not play for a long time.

Works fine in Safari on refresh.
Vinutha, could you please check if this works in Chrome with Safari User agent (can be enabled in Experimental Settings).
Vinutha OOO.
This issue does NOT reproduce is UserAgent is set to Safari. Youtube video is always playing well with refresh, navigating back/forward etc.
Srikanth, could you please file this bug against YouTube then.
pkl@ Reported a bug with youtube (http://b/65167859), which appears tobe similar to this issue. So I will wait for that bug tobe fixed and re-test this bug.
