Most visited icon overlaps the article list for a few sec after deleting the last one in the row.

Issue description

App Version: 62.0.3187.0 canary
iOS Version: 11.0 beta6, 10.3.3
Device: iPhone7 plus
Url: Any


Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Google Chrome
  2. Start deleting most visited icon in NTP by long press and remove from context menu.
  
Observed results:
Most visited icon overlaps the article list for a few sec after deleting the last one in the row.

Expected results:
Most visited icon should not overlap the article list for a few sec after deleting the last one in the row.

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android:
