Printing to HP LaserJet 1200 taking 5 minutes

Project Member Reported by adlr@chromium.org, Aug 17 2017

Issue description

User says:

---
My Chromebook is the HP 11 (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01KWCIC8C), and my Printer is an HP LaserJet 1200.
I've only tested with 2 pages, one was a shipping label PDF, the other was a Google Doc that said "test test test test". Both took 5 minutes a piece. If there is anything specific I can print out to help let me know and I still do it this evening.
---

I have asked the user for a feedback report.

For reference, it's this printer http://www.hp.com/ecomcat/hpcatalog/specs/C7044A.htm

It appears to support PCL5e, PCL6 and PostScript v2. It has 8MB RAM. I'll need to check the PPD to see what the preferred PDL is.

Slow post script rendering is a bit of a known issue right now.
