Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Dragon/49.13.20.402 Chrome/49.0.2623.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.When I try to download a web page it stops. 2. Or when I want to open it offline it oppens 3 pages, but none of them is the one I save! 3. Example (it opens): file:///C:/Program http://files/Autodesk/Simulation http://0.0.7.225/help/index.html What is the expected behavior? I just want to open or save pages normally, I used to work offline sometimes too. What went wrong? When a version just update the Chomium to other that was different. Then I re-install the old version and then the problem shows up! Did this work before? No Chrome version: 49.0.2623.110 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0 Could it be the problem because the extensions?

Tested this issue on Windows 7 with version 49.0.2623.110 ,latest stable #61.0.3163.79 and on latest canary 63.0.3208.0 and unable to reproduce the issue. Steps that included are: 1.Downloaded a web page, it downloaded successfully 2.Opened it offline and Observed that the downloaded file opened correctly without any problem Reporter@- Could you please check the screenshot attached and let us know if anything is missed from our end.And also please try to upgrade your browser to latest version and recheck the issue in a new profile with no extensions. Thanks..!!
