crash/ sometimes doesn't use CFI for unwinding in clang/win-built chromes while it does use it for MSVC

These two dumps aren't comparable because it's msvc x64 vs. clang x86.

Both compilers should implement correct x64 CFI, so we should be at perfect parity there. It would be interesting to compare msvc x86 stacks with clang x86 stacks, though. Clang doesn't emit the 32-bit CFI format, but it always emits FPs, so we should be comparable.

Thanks for pointing out 32-bit vs 64-bit. Sounds like a non-issue then.
