run_benchmark try produces strange warning about ShouldDisable() method

Project Member Reported by h...@chromium.org, Aug 17 2017

Issue description

Trying to run a perf tryjob:

$ tools/perf/run_benchmark try winx64-high-dpi blink_perf.bindings --story-filter=get-elements-by-tag-name
(WARNING) 2017-08-17 11:32:44,682 trybot_command.IsBenchmarkDisabledOnTrybotPlatform:321 Benchmark blink_perf.bindings has ShouldDisable() method defined. If your trybot run does not produce any results, it is possible that the benchmark is disabled on the target trybot platform.

I don't understand what this means.

"Benchmark blink_perf.bindings has ShouldDisable() method defined."

Where? And for just that bot? In general? If it's just that bot, how can I find a bot that it does run on?

This is very confusing.
