Files app: File/folder rename doesn't work in touch select mode.

Chrome OS Version: 9765.31.0 dev build.
Chrome OS Platform: 61.0.3163.51, dev channel caroline device.

Steps To Reproduce:
Try to execute the steps through touch interactions.

(1) In Touch select mode, goto Files App>Downloads.
(2) Touch select a file/ folder.
(3) Try to rename this file/folder using this option from context menu/ three dot menu.
(4) Observe that rename doesn't work.

Expected Result:
File or folder rename doesn't work in touch select mode.

Actual Result:
File/folder rename should work in touch select mode.

The fix was merged on Thu Aug 17 13:24:46 2017. So I guess the build was older version than that.
