When you go to a specific build on a builder (e.g https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbot/chromium.perf/Linux%20Builder/138639), you can download the product of that builder by going to the "package build" or "package build for bisect" steps and clicking the "download" link.

However, when you do so, you're greeted with a page with the following error:

The problem is that the link we're using begins with 

https://storage.googleapis.com/chrome-test-builds/...

instead of 

https://storage.cloud.google.com/chrome-test-builds/...

Stephen, do you know who I might be able to talk to in order to get this fixed? It'd be great to have these builds be easier to access.
