Too many open files, system slow after 7 days heavy android apps use

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9592.71.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.80 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9592.71.0 (Official Build) beta-channel cave Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Use chromebook with android apps without reboot 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? Performance does not degrade over time, linux open files are closed What went wrong? System is sluggish, some crouton apps do not open due to "too many open files" lsof reports almost 1 million open files See attached lsof (~100MB when unpacked) files are reported not found since it is a chroot Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3112.80 Channel: beta OS Version: 9592.71.0 Flash Version: 3 android apps open at the time of doing "lsof"
